These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Shenwarrior online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT (if applicable).

Additional shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

In the case of payment via PayPal, processing is carried out by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Products are individually manufactured and shipped via our partner Printful.

Delivery times may vary depending on production and shipping duration.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Note:
As our products are individually manufactured goods (print-on-demand), the right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with § 18 FAGG if the goods are made according to customer specifications.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

In the case of damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately.

10. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

13. Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
