Refund Policy

1. General Information

As our products are individually made to order (print-on-demand), special conditions apply to returns and refunds.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal

In general, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Exception:
According to § 18 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

As our products are individually produced, withdrawal is excluded in many cases.

 

3. Returns and Refunds

Returns or refunds are only possible in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong product

In these cases, we offer:

  • Replacement delivery, or

  • Refund of the purchase price

 

4. Complaint Deadline

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods at:

Please include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Photos of the product

 

5. No Refunds in the Following Cases:

  • Incorrect size or wrong selection by the customer

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Minor color deviations (e.g., due to screen display)

 

6. Returns

Returns are only possible after prior agreement.

Unsolicited returns cannot be accepted.

 

7. Refund Process

After reviewing your complaint, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method (e.g., PayPal).

8. Shipping Costs

  • In the case of justified complaints, we will cover the costs

  • In all other cases, shipping costs will not be refunded
