The delivery of our products is carried out via our print-on-demand partner Printful. All products are individually manufactured after the order is placed.

 

2. Production Time

As the products are individually made, the production time is usually:

2–7 business days

Please note that this time may increase during periods of high demand.

 

3. Shipping Time

After production, the delivery time is:

Austria: approx. 3–7 business days
Germany: approx. 3–7 business days
EU: approx. 5–10 business days
International: approx. 7–20 business days

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and depend on:

• Delivery location

• Size and weight of the order

 

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Please ensure that the address is correct and complete.

 

6. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.

 

7. Partial Deliveries

As products may be manufactured at different locations, orders may be delivered in multiple packages.

 

8. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which must be borne by the customer.

 

9. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, customs delays, strikes).

 

10. Refusal of Acceptance / Return

If a package is not accepted or is returned due to incorrect address details, we reserve the right to charge for reshipping costs.
